I have had the pleasure of working with Nishell since May of 2018 when my company decided to transition our call center operations from in-house to Helpware. The company I work for, as the Director of Sales, Marketing & New Patient Acquisition, is a large Pain Management practice with 6 locations throughout the Southern US. From the onset, Nishell was upbeat, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt confident knowing that my call center and all the operations were under her overall management and supervision.
